Environmental issues affect all life on earth and not just human life – we believe that these issues transcend any social, economic, or political problem on Earth. After all, if the ecosystem collapses, human life and economy will be negatively affected from shortages in natural resources and adverse changes in climate. No earth – no us.
Initially focusing on creating happiness through creativity, with sustainability as a means to an end, we are refocusing our brand direction. From now on, sustainability is our core focus, with happiness being a long-term result of making the world a better place.

DISCARDED FISHING NET FROM ‘NET FREE SEAS’ PROJECT BY EJF’s
Qualy, among other buyers, supportive purchases the discarded fishing nets collected by the local fishing villagers under the “Net free Seas” project operate by EJF, to use as a raw material to create every day, creative products, home decorative items, and the product that helps reduce the spreading of the COVID-19, following the “Circular Design”, with our aim to reduce the ocean plastic waste and new natural resource consumption, moreover, this also creates an alternative income for artisanal fishers in Thailand.
PLASTIC BAGS & PLASTIC FILM DONATED THROUGH ‘WON’ PROJECT
“Won” project has been started by a small group of TPBI’s staff and expand their project to the public, communities, universities, and many more organizations.
“Won” welcomes all used, clean plastic bags and plastic film, collects and recycles them with the circular economy concept to be new plastic bags, therefore, the plastic trashes that will be disposed, will be reduced.
Qualy supports “Won” project by purchasing their recycled material and transforms them into newly designed functional products to make the life cycle of this material last longer.
PET BOTTLES COLLECTED FROM POST CONSUMER WASTE
PET bottle is one of the materials that can be recycled repeatedly and can be transformed in many shapes.
We choose to use recycled PET bottles (RPET) in our products instead of new PET material, in order to reduce the new crude oil and natural gas drilling in the PET production process and to reduce landfills

Qualy has join forces with the Precious Plastic Bangkok to use their collected bottle caps donated from the public, transforms into the newly designed products, and be the new circular choice of materials that can help reduce new natural resource consumption.
Is the ABS material that replaces the artificial rubber with natural rubber in its ingredients, helps reduce chemical usage, is more eco-friendly, and also helps the rubber farmers from the price crisis.
Is the green ABS material that combines wood powder (waste from wooden furniture factories) to reduce the quantity of ABS used in its ingredients, is eco-friendlier, and still recyclable.
Besides the products that we designed following the circular economy concept, the packages also need to be carefully designed to be fully functional, that is to protect the products inside, and consume less material and recyclable.
That’s why we use only kraft papers (recycled paper), mono-color printed with soy ink, in order to reduce waste from misprints.
Furthermore, all packages need to clearly communicate about the environmental issue that is related to the product and needs attention from the public, therefore we treat our packages as parts of the declaration and stimulation to the public to fight the environmental crisis.
The package ends its function when the product arrives at the customer’s home. Its life cycle is too short compare to the process of making itself, therefore we design our package to be reusable by transforming it into another useful product to extend its life a little longer.
Even we are careful in every process but sometimes misprints happen, instead of throwing the mistaken package away, we keep the circular economy concept by using ideas to adjust them the least in order to be able to make the most use of the material.
Since the covid-19 pandemic has totally changed the shopping behavior, the product doesn’t need to be exposed on the shelves in department stores anymore. We decided to change all our packages that are in the list of reproduction to be less plastic and use single material to make it easier to recycle.
For some products that are still needed to be shown in order to communicate better about the environmental issue, we design their packages to be easy to pack without using glue or staple, also makes it easier to separate for recycling.
We believe that sharing is the best way to build a better community and partnership. Our abilities and experiences may be useful for others and vice versa. We are welcome for any projects and experiments, with our own factory, we have lots of flexibility and willingness to bring the best out of every challenge.
One of our strong points is to design, with more than 15 years of experience make us an expert on designing products and graphics, especially plastic design. Our own factory that has been established in 1992, producing plastic parts to serve many brands, makes us become the one-stop service for those who need product design and production line at once.
Together with many brands that have the same vision and well supports, we have had opportunities to delivered great projects to incorporating plastics into a circular economy the farthest possible.
With our goal to reduce plastic wastes enter into nature and bring them back to the recycling process as much as possible. We have set up Qualy’s Circular project to welcomes all single-use and used plastic products from the public to recycle properly.
We support the researchers who invent new materials to make our world better, and with the understanding that, sometimes, the research cannot be mass-produced at the beginning since there are not supported markets. What we can help is to test manufacturing at a minimum of 1 piece, to help realize the researched project and make the concrete sample of the newly invented material for the market.
Sharing our experiences is one of the activities that we are willing to do whenever we have a chance.
We believe that being a concrete sample, either success or failure, can stimulate change and be a shortcut for others, moreover, we can express our vision to make the better tomorrow together.
Fracture or damage is not avoidable, no matter how good you take care of the product.
Qualy accepts all return products from customers, to help them recycle the product correctly and be sure that their used products have good ends and would be reborn to be useful again.
